Description
Based on the unique shape of the AlgaTube™, adapters are attached to the tubing by a technical process called “Acrylic Fusion,” which creates the strongest possible leak-free bond by fusing the parts together into a single part. This is the extra benefit of v1.2: a much stronger bond between tubing and adapter.
For each one that you purchase, you will get a 24 inch length of the 1.5″ diameter AlgaTube,™ with a hose barb adapter fused to each end, so that you can attach flexible, standard 1.0″ tubing at each end to make the U-Turn to the next tube.
For those who want to design and build their own PBR around our AlgaTube™ product, buy these tubes, along with the flexible tubing, and install them yourself in your own PBR design!
